Come and join Charlotte's On Demand Platform to access a range of classes, that you can choose to do when you want, when it works for you.

There are also many Pilates Workouts, barre classes and yoga classes, especially for pregnant and post natal clients, lead by our Pre and Post Natal qualified guest Pilates, Barre and Yoga teachers.

​

Whether you are in your 1st trimester and want to do a cardio workout from home or are in your 3rd trimester and are looking for a pilates workout to help you relax, there is something for everyone.

​

Charlotte is a fully qualified in Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise and a Girls Gone Strong Pre and Post Natal Coach and is very passionate about helping Pre and Post Natal clients gain access to resources that will help them, whilst fitting in around busy lifestyles.

​

Charlotte has had a baby in 2023 and kept fit throughout her whole pregnancy with her classes and with the understanding and knowledge of what it is like to be pregnant and training.
