INTRODUCING... MUMMY MOVEMENT 
 

Welcome to our special Mummy Class, designed for all mothers who are at least 6 weeks postnatal. Join us for a supportive and nurturing environment where you can connect with other mums, share experiences, and focus on well-being.

​

This fitness class is specifically planned for you, regardless of your children's ages. Experience a personalised approach strength training that effectively rebuilds and strengthens your core while enhancing your overall fitness. With cardiovascular exercises integrated into every session, you’ll not only achieve your fitness goals but also enjoy the process. 

​

You can bring your baby along to the fitness class with you, come on your own or if you have older children, you can enrol them in a supervised play session at the fantastic facilities provided by My Little Play Place. 

​

The class takes place every Monday from 10:15 to 11:00 AM.

​

Please feel free to bring a bouncer or your pram/car seat if you want to pop your baby in something comfortable whilst you workout or bring a blanket for them to be comfortable next to you. Of course, bring snacks for your baby if they are eating and any toys you wish to keep them occupied and I am always very happy for baby cuddles too whilst you workout!

You have the option of Pay as You Go or Class Pack choices, allowing you to benefit from block bookings (purchase a block of four classes and receive one class for free!).

​

Members of my Workout Platform enjoy a 20% discount on class fees.
