This is a 12 week diary, where you can plan your weekly activity into your planner, schedule in your workouts and set yourself weekly goals and targets. You can create your weekly and daily meal plans, track your water intake, steps and mood. There is also the opportunity to carry out a weekly reflection of each week.
The journal also contains a habit tracker, so you can set yourself daily habits, which you can then tick off as you achieve them.
The journal also contains ways of tracking progress, for example, body site measurements tracking and scale weight readings if you wish to track this too.
